'Prima hotel in een zeer goede omgeving. Metrostation op 150 meter afstand. De leukste restaurants vanaf 50 meter afstand. Kamers netjes & schoon. Prijs & kwaliteit is perfect. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende maar wel iedere dag hetzelfde. (kom op kok verras ons!) De hotelbar is een beetje vreemd ... niet supergezellig en ook niet aan de drukke winkelstraat. '

'It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.'

Dichtbij Bilbao, handige uitvalsbasis, dichtbij vliegveld dus vanaf 07.00u tot 23.30u regelmatig opstijgende of dalende vliegtuigen, behoorlijk veel lawaai. Ontbijt is prima, alleen niet te laat gaan, vanaf 10u is brood op.'

Nos extraña que en los cinco dias no se haya pasado nadie a limpiar ni siquiera a cambiar las toallas ni una sola vez pero desconozco si esto es asi en los apartamentos porque es la primera vez que utilizamos esta modalidad. En la habitacion de al lado fumaban algo de un olor muy molesto y no fue posible localizar a nadie del hotel es la unica cosa negativa que no hay nadie responsable del hotel por la noche. '
