'Under construction so couldn't use much. Room was big and clean. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Bathroom was good, shower was very nice. Parking was easy. I would stay again '

'This area; just after or before the summer season, is amazing. The weather is great and the crowds are nonexistent. Listening to the ocean waves breaking all night long is worth the stay. The property itself is a little worn but nice, typical of a beach town. The location takes it from average to great. The staff has always been great. We’ve stayed here many times and will be back again!'

'We chose the Mill Street inn based on the positive reviews and it did not disappoint. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Lori and Alex. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.Breakfast which was delivered to the room was a great way to start off the day.'

'Stayed for an overnight visiting daughter in Salve Regina. Nice break from downtown Newport and to a pleasant surprise directly next to a winery /brewery for late drink. Great location '

'The full comfortable sitting area in the room with the picture windows and ocean view was the best It was a bit chilly so we did not get to sit on the little balcony for very long What was difficult for both of us was the very low toilet other then that it was a perfect location and a very nice room'
