The M club and evening Bartender was friendly and accommodating and had great customer service - made us feel welcomed evening the late evening e were still there with friends. Room was clean however the room smelled like smoke although it was a nonnsmoking room was my only complaint. Otherwise this would have been a 4 star rating. '

'My wife and I and two children staid a night. Hotel is beautiful, new, super clean, heated pool, great breakfast, easy check in/out, plenty of parking, awesome staff and service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 we did not have hot water in the room. The engineer came right away but could not fix the problem. So no hot water after pool at night and no hot water in the morning. Front desk gave us free parking ($30) for inconvenience, but to my opinion the inconvenience was worth more...
