'We had a great stay. We did call the front desk Saturday evening for a towel & box of tissue as ours was just about empty. The staff was friendly and said she would try to find those items as housekeeping was out for the day. We never did receive either of those items. I got a box of tissue & towel myself Sunday morning. I used a hand towel & face cloth to dry after my shower Saturday night. Check out staff & check in staff were fantastic & very friendly. If the towel or tissue were a “big deal”...

'Zeer luxe en mooi hotel gelegen in een mooi deel van Cleveland. Dichtbij de Rock & Roll Hall of Game en direct naast de Key-Tower - Het hoogste gebouw in Cleveland. Niet te missen dus... Zoals het een Marriot-hotel betaamt waren de Queen size bedden wat aan de kleine kant en was de kwaliteit van de televisie-zenders matig. Geen HD-zenders, wat vele anderen hotel wel bieden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en bij het ontbijt kan je kiezen voor een buffet wat vooral op de drukkere...

'It was a gorgeous place to stay at, Jerry at the front desk was an absolute blast. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, shower was amazing, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel Betts. The food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again, valet was fast In the am. '

'Very clean and well kept and a very cool Hotel , apparently was the first indoor mall in North America from back in 1890’s and was renovated into a Hotel not long ago . And walking distance to the Browns Stadium , Rock and Roll Hall of fame and restaurants and bars . The next time I visit Cleveland will be staying there .'

'Very nice hotel, but very expensive. The front desk found out it was our anniversary and upgraded our room no charge which was awesome. Housekeeping staff could be more attentive (there was no coffee in the room) but the front desk actually made me some and had it brought to the room. I appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk. Overall a very nice stay. '

'The place is very nice. The room very nice. The comforters the bed though had old makeup on it and stains. Said something about it to the front desk and she was not too worried about it. Kinda sad that it was not cleaned properly. Kinda takes away the energy of the place. '

'Great location and new construction. Stayed in 1 bedroom condo suite. Building entry, keys to unit accessible via code access upon arrival - super convenient if arriving late. Property is near historic Westside Market and Ohio City, great restaurants and bars close by. Also short drive to downtown Cleveland including the sports arenas, Rock n Roll HOF and Lake Erie. Will definitely stay here next trip to Ctown'

'We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over'

'This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. '
