'DIverse keren in Edgewater verbleven echter zie je het ieder jaar verder achteruit gaan, de meeste appartementen zijn verkocht dus bijven er weinig huur appartementen. De gehele staat van het complex gaat achteruit echter de locatie is schitterend. let er ook op dat de Luxe apprtementen (Met masterbedroom aan de zeezijde) bijna niet meer in het pakket zitten.'

'The unit had 1 bedroom, on parking lot side of building. Shower needs plumbing work. Faucets all loose, drain drained poorly. Unit was hot with no breeze on the balcony.'

'Property is great but poor communication on gate code to enter pool area gets switched often , also did was not communicated that parking permit per vehicle was an extra cost until you get there. '

'Started with being told to park in parking deck closest to lobby although our room was on the other end 18th story. Then, I was told I needed to go another office offsite to get the code to get in. Condo was beautiful and clean. However, staff at the resort were rude and obnoxious. We had to “always “ wear a wrist band and show it anytime we left or entered. I even got questioned yesterday because I was in my car waiting for my daughter to return our cart we used to load our luggage. I will not...

'Loved the condo and its location. Construction was being done on the adjacent property which began at 7:00am. Sleeping in was nonexistent. Over all a great stay!!'
