'Make sure that you check in early to get the best rooms! I had to go to DC to for work two weekends in a row. The first weekend was excellent and because I checked in at 3:34pm. The second weekend was mid because I had a series of work engagements that forced me to check in at 9:30pm. This second weekend, I was put in a room that had a few problems. The shower water did not drain. There were some parts of the wall that needed to be re-painted. Lastly, it sounded like the room was right beneath...
