'Check in process felt a little weird with having to send selfies, pictures etc…and a little confusing to get into the building. However the agent I called stayed on the phone with me until I got into the building safely. I see many people with a bad experience regarding deposit refunds. I got my full deposit back in the time frame the contract indicated. If you follow the rules you’ll have no issues getting the deposit refund. '
