'Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and apart from some noise from the streets pretty good isolation. Breakfast was spot on. Large choice of eggs, bagels, sausage, pancakes etc. Staff at the breakfast area very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative I have to mention is that the first 3 days rooms were not cleaned automatically and we did not receive new/fresh towels. We had to go to front desk...

'Staff were amazing and room was the perfect size. Location was perfect, yet room was quiet despite proximity to Michigan Ave. My only complaint was that the bell desk was often not staffed when I needed bell services, but this was easily circumvented by speaking to the front desk, who were very accommodating. 'I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Adriana, who checked us in, was amazing and made us feel so welcome from the start. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to all the attractions, shopping, and local spots. The room was nice, though a bit more space would’ve been great. 'The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. 'Great hotel with nice touches including a chocolate at check-in, access to a convenient coffee bar with treats in the afternoon. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed with a window seat which was fun to watch the street and river activity. I also appreciated the steamer to get wrinkles out of clothing, the Nespresso machine, nice big TV, an air purifier and filtered cold water out of the faucet. Very friendly staff and nice interior design in a convenient location. '
