'Apparently there is a speakeasy bar directly underneath the hotel. They played a loud concert until about 1:00 a.m. I was on the 7th floor so it didn't bother us but I feel really bad for the people with rooms on the first floor as you could hear it extremely loudly in the lobby. Kind of ridiculous for an expensive fancy old school hotel like this to allow such a negative thing to affect the experience of the guests on the first floor.'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '
