'The shower door was hung improperly and seemed ready to shatter (it's glass on glass). The shower in general wasn't installed well (floor was soft). We were asked for money nearly every time we entered the building by beggars. It didn't feel unsafe, but not super welcoming either. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious and a good value. Close to fun downtown activities and amenities.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely equipped and the staff and surrounding area were great. It was relatively pricey, but the accommodations felt worth the price. The only "complaint" we had was that the water could be a bit hotter - the water wasn't so bad that we would call it lukewarm, but it was noticeably not quite hot enough when taking our shower. '

'The room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were all consistently exceptional and with an excellent demeanor. The one area that needs improvement is that on Sunday, we left room in the late morning, and when we returned in the late afternoon, it hadn't been done. So we just asked for a new set of towels. The ladies that clean the rooms were also very nice, maybe they're short staff in said area.'
