'They accidentally gave us a room that one of their employees was painting. When we went back down to get a different room they were so apologetic to us. It really wasn’t a big deal. They gave us an upgraded room, the front desk clerk apologized, the manager allied us in the room to apologize, they then sent us a piece of cheesecake and then after we got back from the concert we went to we got a hand written apology note. They went above and beyond to make our one night stay fantastic. '
