'There was construction happening at the hotel the day we arrived, which made for a noisy lay-by the pool. Not a deal-breaker, but it would have been nice for it to be acknowledged. Additionally, the hotel bar was closed for renovations - again, no mention. The Ace is starting to feel a little too 'lived in' for the price, and could do with a spruce up. Next year we'll probably stay somewhere else. '
