'No Wifi access on the first day and only at the lobby. Only few staffmembers could speak some English. Unfriendly staff. Anouncments Etc almost only in Japanese. Swimmingpool closes at 4 pm. A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'

'Excellent service, checking in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious with a “Zen” feeling. Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

'立地は山下公園前ですが今回宿泊した部屋はモデストで、向かいのホテルニューグランド側の為、ビューはよくありません。近くにはセブンイレブン、ドトールコーヒー、スーパーのマルエツがあり中華街も徒歩すぐの最高な立地です。部屋ですがネスプレッソコーヒー、パナソニックのスチームアイロン、加湿器、ケトル、サロニアのドライヤー、ライトニングやタイプCのケーブルもありました。マットレスはシモンズ、トイレはTOTOのネオレストでした。アメニティーも良かったです。 ただ一点だけこのモデストの部屋だけか不明ですが、冷蔵庫が極薄で500mlのペットボトルが2.3本しか入らない壁掛けタイプだったので、あとで食べようとマルエツで買ってきたものが入らず、すぐに食べる羽目になってしまった事です。部屋を確認してから買い出しに行けばよかったのですが、それ以外は全て満足出来ました。 また機会があったら宿泊したいです。 '
