'Amazing! Marc Anthony at the front desk was awesome, attentive, courteous, and genuine. Melvin, the bartender at Bar San Luis was equally amazing. We enjoyed the VIP package and the view from the room and balcony was amazing. Yeah....everything was amazing. I treated my wife and mother-in-law to a much needed weekend. They enjoyed tbemswlves . 🙏❤️ It was all decked out for Christmas. The whole hotel smells like a spa. We'll be back'

'This property was beautiful. Fantastic kitchen. Very close to the beach. The rental company had great communication. They even sent emails during the day to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be booking here again. '

'There were a few things in need of repair, but overall the condo was nice and there was just about everything you need to cook stocked in the kitchen. The washer/dryer unit is pretty new. '

'Our stay at Harborwalk Lodge was fantastic. It’s off the beaten path but close enough to Galveston where the drive is nominal. The breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and the owners are a joy. 10/10 would stay there again.'

'It was clean and nice'

'We arrived on Sunday and the hurricane hit and we lost power. Water came in the patio door and we had to use all the towels for clean up. Power went out and we had very little communication with the office. The windows were rusted shut and the temperature inside reached 90. There were no lights in the stairwells and we felt very unsafe. Finally someone came to check on us Tuesday and let us know they would get back to us but we heard nothing. We finally left on Tuesday afternoon when it was...

'The building looked a little rough on the outside, especially in the front. Looks like repairs are being completed. But the room was very nice, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was outstanding. Grandkids had a great time. A negative was the sleeper bed. Kinda sparse on the padding. Not comfortable!'

'Very nice property. We had access to two pools, which were both nice - but one particularly nice! It was large, and had a little island in the middle. The kids thought that was the best! Patio was big and had a great look at the smaller pool.'

'Secure parking was a plus. We had a good view looking south over the pool area toward the beach. The unit was good. Could use new window treatments but for the most part very good. Need more towels. '

'The priperty leads you to believe that you can swim in the community pool, but you are required to pay to swim..very misleading..'

'No Wi-Fi for the entire first 24 hours, no trash can on the entire property, a toilet that we had to take the lid off and manually adjust to make it stop running and pipes that would make an insane noise when you turned the water on. I called the management company on arrival and they said the items would get fixed by 6pm, but nobody ever showed up. Called back later to find out that we would have to wait until the next day. I called 5 times the next day and spoke to Maria who was the manager...
