'Our Raddison Blu stay was an absolute pleasure! The facilities were luxurious and super clean. The gym, the spa, the pool all were amazing. The staff all were incredibly professional, attentive, and made the extra effort to make our stay so memorable. Especially, Dmytro, who took the time to personally show us around and explain all the amenities for which we asked. '

'I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. '

'The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too...

'Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!'

'Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr guter Frühstücks-Service, allerdings im Souterrain. Im Zimmer kein Stuhl, kein Tisch, also keinerlei Ablagefläche vorhanden, kaum Bügel. Im ganzen Bukovel-Zentrum, auch ums Hotel herum lebhafteste Bauarbeiten, die im aufstrebenden scheusslich verbauten Skigebiet sicherlich andauern werden. Putzen nicht berauschend, eher dürftig.'

'Готель вражає своїми територіями! Все дуже доглянуто та чисто. Номер Grand Apartament - дуже просторий, світлий та чистий. Має зручну облаштовану кухню. Однак вибагливого гостя дизайн інтерєру розчарує( Все гарно та якісно, проте не стильно та не вишукано. Як у звичайній три-кімнатній квартирі. Через це ціна видається завищеною. Розчаровані були також ремонтними роботами у СПА з термалами, про що при бронюванні не попереджали та жодним чином не компенсовували. Ресторанний сервіс заслуговує...
