'I had a comfotable stay at Westin Hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. My room met my expectations for the most part. My room was soacious and clean. However, the pillows were too fluffy for my taste, there was a constant low buzzing in my room, and it took a while for the hot water to heat, but overall it is a nice hotel. I appreciated how insulated the walls were so it was very quiet. The holiday decor is lovely. The airport shuttle is much appreciated. '
