'There is a lot of construction happening in the area. The breaking up of the concrete was quite loud one morning. Valet was quick, but don’t use the service expecting your EV car to get charged. Ours was only charged one out of the three nights requested. Beds are only made with a comforter. Requested a top sheet one evening, only for it to be removed by housekeeping the following day. '

'It was within walking distance of so many things, like the bars and music to the Riverwalk and then all the way up to the Capitol. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the drinks at the bar were amazing. The booking gives a square footage of the rooms, but I didn’t realize how tiny they are until we walked in. Barely any space to put luggage or counter space for toiletries and my biggest complaint was that the bed was super firm and not very comfortable. If you like firm beds, then it...

'Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! '
