'Bij aankomst (14:00) was de kamer niet klaar en moesten we 1 uur wachten tot die klaar was. Kamer was heel warm en de airco blies warme lucht. Melding gemaakt en ze zouden er naar kijken maar hebben dat niet gedaan. Bediening bij het diner was heel slecht. Pas na een half uur kwamen ze onze bestelling opnemen. Bediening had het te druk met elkaar en met bekende gasten. Het eten was wel prima. 's avonds bij de bar was er geen personeel aanwezig. Het zwembad is prachtig met genoeg plek en...

'lamento que não nos tivesse sido atribuído um quarto com varanda, para uma estadia de 4 noites, não havia onde pendurar as tolhas de praia. no ultimo dia, demos conta de uns "bichinhos" nos alimentos que tínhamos guardados no quarto. em termos acústicos, sentimos haver pouco isolamento.'

'Estuvimos muy agusto, el sitio es precioso y el personal muy atento, nos trataron fenomenal, pendientes en todo momento de las necesidades de los clientes. La comida excelente, todo un acierto cenar allí. El único pero que puedo poner es la luz de emergencia de la habitación que ilumina mucho y tuve que tapar y el colchón, excesivamente duro. Gracias por una estancia maravillosa.'
