'Dinner at Quara was oustanding! My husband raved about the oxtail pasta and brussle sprouts. Everyone was incredible polite, cheerful, and perfectly lovely. We loved the kitchen and furo, too. Of all the Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at--Washington, DC, Maui, the old one on the Big Island, the one in Marina Del Rey, and a fabulous one in Cario, yours was the sweetest. We went to the one in Paris, but only to the bar. Hope to stay there some day, but we will be back to see you next week--sad...

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
