'Check-in procedures are slow and although most were being offered sparkling wine, we were not. Additional, our room was not ready at the allotted check-in time. No explanation or retribution was offered. Skip the Asian restaurant upstairs. The sushi was horrible and the staff unfriendly and hurried.
