'Everything was great, from the excellent service to the beautiful decorations. It brings to into another world! The only downside was that we were given an accessible room. After taken a shower, the bathroom looked like a free private pool with very little comfort. 10 towels on the floor to keep the water out made our bathroom close to that in a hostel. 'Helaas was onze kamer aan een zijstraatje gelegen waar midden in de nacht de vuilniswagen een paar keer de containers kwam legen. 'Hotel is heel goed gelegen en goed bereikbaar. De gebouwen zijn heel origineel en typisch voor de stad. Kamers zijn ruim en net, personeel professioneel. Minpunt voor een toch wel 5 sterren hotel vond ik de kamer/service. De intentie om problemen op te lossen werd verbaal wel meegegeven door het receptie personeel maar niet altijd uitgevoerd.(vb douche probleem bleef onopgelost zonder verdere uitleg, elke dag een tekort aan glazen op de kamer) Wij kregen kamer 013 die net na/naast de receptie...

'Nice building and location. Everything is impeccably clean and staff is very nice. However: the beds are not great (too soft and squeaky) and the breakfast is a joke given the price (paid 80 Euros for two though we did not have a lot of food). Overall too expensive for what you get '

'The nicest experience in Seville! After visiting many hotels in Sevilla over the years, I decided to go to the other side of the bridge, finding this new opportunity in Triana. The hotel has been designed with many innovative touches. It is located on a one-way street (San Jacinto) that has local traffic (before it becomes a pedestrian one, a few blocks towards the bridge), but the hotel has excellent noise-proof windows, and the room was very quiet.
