'The only downside to this hotel is the distance from Waikiki and that’s not necessarily a bad thing depending on what you want. The staff here is very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom has a bidet. Tub could be bigger to fit two people easier but still bigger than most. Room was very quiet all day. Tons of things to do at hotel as well as places to eat. 24/7 pool and hot tub! Great place to be if you want to get away and relax.'

'アラモアナセンター裏という立地でとても静かで良かったです。ちょっとした食事や買い物も徒歩で行けるので便利でした。施設は新しいので、とても清潔で快適でした。プール、ジャグジーも新しいので綺麗です。朝食付きプランでしたのでクーポンを発行してもらい、毎朝、ホテル1Fの地中海料理MARAで美味しい朝食もいただけました。ホテル側とクーポンのやり取りではHotels.comのスタッフの方には大変お世話になりました。ホテルフロントでは、完璧では無いものの日本語を話せるスタッフがいたのも助かりました。次回とまた利用したいと思いました。'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This is a fairly new hotel so it was quiet and the bed comfortable. The ocean view was wonderful. However the staff were constantly apologizing for shortcomings due to not enough staff.
