Alle faciliteiten zijn PRIVÉ en BESCHERMDE Kingsize Master plus 2 tweepersoonskamers die kunnen worden gewijzigd in 2 x Superkingsize, {kinderbed / kinderstoel beschikbaar indien nodig.} Badkamer PLUS een aparte doucheruimte. {Bedden voor iedereen, geen uitklapbare divans.} Nieuwe, volledig uitgeruste keuken, met een gezellige woonkamer met eethoek, met een stenen muur met een open haard, met behoud van prachtige originele kenmerken. Groot privéterras met een bubbelbad en stenen barbecue in Cyprus-stijl. Grote Gazebo boven het bubbelbad om het hele jaar door van de faciliteiten te kunnen genieten. Hot-Tub wordt geleegd, gereinigd en opnieuw gevuld na elke groep. Prive, grote rubber / hars all / weather vloer avontuurlijke speeltuin met 2 klimrekken, schommels en 2 glijbanen. Overdekte fietsenstalling met fietswas gedurende 7 cycli. Lock-up is ook geschikt voor surfboard, stranduitrusting enz. ~ Totaal onbeperkt Gratis wifi ~ Gratis parkeren buiten. Sorry geen huisdieren. Roken alleen buiten toegestaan.

Gelegen in het hart van de valleien. Geniet van de lokale attracties en kom thuis om te ontspannen bij een gezellig houtvuur of geniet in de hot tub met een glas wijn. U kunt ook het houtvuur aansteken en genieten van de warmte tijdens het gebruik van de barbecue in de wintermaanden, toast mallows of geroosterde kastanjes. Zeer dicht bij Bike Park Wales, We zijn slechts twintig minuten van de Beacons, 38 minuten van Swansea, Porthcawl, Barry, Penarth, Cardiff Bay / Marina, Ogmore, Llantwit Major Beaches, Dan yr Ogof Caves, prachtige watervallen.
20 minuten van de Mountain Railway en 15 minuten naar het bezoekerscentrum van de Welsh Whiskey Distillery,

Minder dan 5 minuten afstand is een New State of the Art Leisure Centre met veel faciliteiten, waaronder snooker, zwembad., Met babybad en duikbad., Ook het Dare Valley Country Park met paardrijden en laserschieten, geweldige paden en wandelingen en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Aberdare Park ligt op slechts een paar minuten rijden, met een groot meer gevuld met wilde vogels, grote zwanen- en drakenboten, een enorme speeltuin, een bowlingbaan, tennis en veel wandelingen. Zorg ervoor dat je een picknick en veel brood neemt om de eenden, zwanen en eekhoorns te voeren.
Een grote, gevestigde Snooker Club, supermarkt, Italiaans, Indiaas restaurant, postkantoor, dokter, apotheek enz., Enkele minuten lopen.

Family getaway
Lovely house to stay for a big family , everything you need in the property and more . Great outdoor area for relaxing and for little ones to play . Area good and quiet not far from the town and shops and there are takeaways across the road . Within easy reach of many holiday favourites beaches , parks , castles etc there is great selection of leaflets for ideas . We would return in the future . Thank you Diane for hosting us .

Beautiful place
Everything was perfect from beginning where we had everything explained by lovely host until the very last day. We enjoyed spending time in the cottage and will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Brecon Beacons area. Great base for exploring, but same time it feels like home. It was 7 of us all together and we had more than enough space. Hot tub and big outdoor play area is a big bonus. Lovely, lovely place. Highly recommended x

Lovely cottage with close access to all the main sight seeing spots
Lovely cottage well equipped with all amenities you need for a home away from home . The guest was very proactive and comms were brilliant prior to our arrival and during our stay. The cottage is located close to the major sight seeing spots all within 30 min driving distance - four falls trek , Cardiff , caves etc . Nice hot tub to top off the lovely stay :)

Great little break
Great service from the landlady, she was very warm, welcoming and lovely, made sure we had milk, tea and coffees upon arrival. The house had plenty of activities and games for adults and kids and the kids park is bigger than the picture shows, in fact the garden in general was a very generous space with all you would need including a top notch Hot tub. There isn't on site parking but there is free street parking litterally across the road 5 seconds from the front gate which we never struggled to find a space in. Overall I thought this place was perfect for what we needed (family break with kids) for its closeness to local amenities and natural parks and I would recommend and come back again. If we were to be overly critical (and not to take anything away from a great stay), I would say that the bed in the masters was very very noisy, im a light sleeper see.. So any slight bit of movement and the bed squeals. My wife slept through so can't be that bad I suppose? Many thanks for having us.

Great property for family gathering
This property is a bit of a tardis, larger on the inside. Great courtyard garden with seating and hot tub. Bedrooms spacious and over 2 floors. Lovely bathrooms. We were on the top floor and there was a bit of noise from the road and village hall but still slept ok. Well placed for zip world, Caerphilly and the coast. We had a great stay.

We stayed here with another 3 friends. On arrival we were met by Di & Bill. Great hosts and very friendly and approachable. Loads of information about places to visit etc. Very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. Beds were really comfy. Locals were very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous !!! Our stay at 266 was great from start to finish. The property had plenty of space and a well thought out garden area particularly the hot tub. The hosts Diane and Bill met us at the property and were lovely people. Would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in revisiting.

Fantastic stay in fantastic cottage
We had the most amazing break in 266. We were bowled over by how lovely the cottage was just delightful. It was so very clean and everything was covered, no stone unturned. We had everything we needed, Diane is the the most lovely host and even left us some complimentary cakes to enjoy. Diane was warm welcoming and just so very lovely. We cannot wait to go back. It’s a huge recommendation from me and my group.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We went for our friend's 40th and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful cottage , hot tub and nearby attractions. Diane ( owner of cottage) was so sweet & helpful and took care of everything we asked for. Brilliant service! Would definitely recommend and like to go back there again.

Very quirky property with 'tiki' style outdoor space and hot-tub. Good, space wise. Definitely not a neutral environment and possibly in need of some updating. Loads of information about the area, things to do and local shops & restaurants which was so helpful! wifi was brilliant

had to clean the fridge and freezer inside and out it was disgusting and had to clean out the kitchen draws and had to buy a mop and bucket to clean kitchen floor as it was greasy and slippery need updating and a good clean and did not like all the religious literature.

Fabulously quirky haven with a big personality.
Out family of 4 had a throughly enjoyable break at this delightful, well equipped house. The rear outside space was so considerately designed, with total privacy. The wonderful hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long walks in the fantastic Brecon Beacons, and surrounding countryside. We came for the waterfalls and they didn’t disappoint, neither did the caves/dinosaurs/Shire horse excursion which proved to be another favourite day out. Our base was in such a good location to access so much of what this part of Wales has to offer. Diane, our amazing host, ensured we were well settled in, and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Her top tips of things to see and places to go, were most helpful. I would stress, particularly in the current climate, that tourist attractions need to be booked as far in advance as possible in order to ensure access. We missed out on some activities as there was no availability by the time we came to book. Entirely our fault! That said, there was still plenty to do, and sometimes all we wanted to do was to stay in and enjoy some quality family time.

Home from Home
We have had such a lovely stay at 266. Diane the host was so lovely and always texting to make sure we were ok and give us ideas on what to do, especially when it was raining. We visited two lots of waterfalls, the waterfalls at Glynnearh and Henrhyd Falls. Both beautiful but Henrhyd Falls was spectacular, you can even go behind the waterfall. We visited lots of beaches and had some amazing quality family time. The house was immaculate and so homely. Thank you so much for such a lovely holiday xxx
