'The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered. '

'This was a beautiful little space to spend the night. No bells and whistles but everything we needed. We took a lovely walk down to the lake. '

'The cabin is beautiful and peaceful. I gave them 4 stars only because the faucet handle for the tub in the loft leaked and my grandson didn't get to enjoy the tub and as for the communication, they were great although we are all adults just sent the house rules at once so we know ahead of time.The views are great and your not to far from Heron or El Vado lakes and you're already on the road to the fish hatchery. I will definitely be using Hummingbird Hacienda properties again.'

'The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...
