'2 appartementen voor totaal 8 personen geboekt, waarvan 1 appartement bij aankomst bezet was. Als compensatie verblijf aangeboden in andere accommodatie. Dit bleek een kleine 2 persoonskamer te zijn waar nauwelijks plaats was voor 2 personen, laat staan voor 4! Volgende de dag werd een verblijf in een 2 kamer appartement (zonder kitchenette) aangeboden. Te klein voor 4 personen. Als compensatie werd wel een ontbijt in de ontbijtzaal ter beschikking gesteld.
