'Plenty of parking. City center only 15 min by foot. After booking you receive a mail that you have to contact the hotel 24h in advance to arrange check-in. I do not know 24h in advance when I will arrive. Pretty confusing. Transparent shower in the room and not in the bath room. Breakfast only from 8.30 but it is a real fine breakfast.'

'The place was impossible to find ,room was not what we asked for,they could not give us another room for 2 days as they said they were all booked.This i did not believe as i saw nobody at lunch,dinner or breakfast.Place was creepy because the isolation and lack of people.Place was beautiful and b.l.and dinner was good. The brother of the owner was the only bright spot,we left after one night.They said they would not'

'Hotel Venusia is a beautiful hotel in the rather remote town of Venosa. We were there for two nights at the end of October, which was clearly off season. Our hotel room was large and clean, with a nice balcony. The downside was the bed was very hard, and the bathroom, particularly the shower, very small. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly, even though we speak no Italian. Breakfast was good, and we also had dinner both nights, which was very good and inexpensive. We didn’t find...
