'Staff and resort are wonderful if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay and you have a car at your disposal it’s perfect. Keep in mind you have to drive around 30mins minimum because the resort is located between beautiful mountains and the sea. Enjoy your wonderful stay. '

'The hotel was very noisy, the room looked like it has never seen refurbishment since the 19th century, the breakfast was not great, there was no hairdryer in the room, the shower could use some repairs, the room was smelly, the bed linen felt dirty as well, the wifi was very slow, the bill had to be paid in advance, they do not accept American Express, and the hotel was willing to arrange day trips in Muscat and Oman at rates that were well above those advertised by tour operators. 'Mutrah central location is great for the touristic activities. For the remote Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the reception was helpful in arranging a taxi. As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out. 'Best een goed hotel vlakbij het strand. Alleen het ontbijt was niet inclusief en kostte 15 euro pp voor een mager veelal Indiaas ontbijt. Waarom was ontbijt niet inclusief in kamerprijs? Zwembad ligt binnenin het gebouw en ligt dus 80% van de dag in de schaduw....niet comfortabel en koel.'

'Beautiful pool, private beach and views of Muscat. The room was clean and very comfortably with the possibility to re-fill glass water botles. Also an added bonus was the shuttlebus the hotel offers to a few of the highlights. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful. Wr just really enjoyed our stay. '

'Wat hebben wij ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Een prachtig hotel, heerlijk eten, geweldig zwembad en goede faciliteiten. Oog voor detail en de kleine dingen die er werkelijk toe doen. Je gaat liggen aan het zwembad, er komt direct een koud flesje water. Heerlijke lounge met lekker muziek. Alles is gewoon WAUW! Dank aan alle mensen die daar met hart en ziel staan, zodat de klanten het naar hun uiterste zin hebben. Thanks Elizabeth, Pathum and others! '

'Belles prestations, belles chambres mais l’espace piscine manque de charme et de modernité. Le petit déjeuner est top, très varié et le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable (surtout le personnel de la piscine). En revanche, pas de transat sur la plage et celle-ci n’est pas magnifique devant l’hôtel. Les options de repas sont assez chères à l’hôtel. Très bon séjour tout de même ! '
