'This is a great property to stay at. A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. They made sure that the parking spot that is reserved for their guests is ALWAYS free of snow and ice...

'This was the perfect place for our northern lights adventure. It had the best set up, with a large north facing window where we could watch for the lights from the warmth of the indoors. We actually saw the lights twice and it was amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to messages! The last night the host even came to let us know the lights were visible so we didn’t miss them. They were amazing, the place was amazing, the bathroom floor was heated. 10/10 would...

'Cute basic, clean log cabin. Simple but very cozy and comfortable. Coffee maker, microware and small refrigerator and mugs provided. Next to a small creek. 40 min from Seward. '

'My hiking club and I came up for denali park and the northern lights, and this cabin was a great home base. Plenty warm. Cute open inside and cute front/back yard where we could see the sunrise and frolick in the snow. Super close to the airport and town too! '

'There were 6 adults and one 16 year old staying at the property. The facilities were perfect for our group. The hot tub was just what was needed at the end of a long, cold day. Girdwood area is beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location. Next time we go, I'm going to check the opening of the ski resort just minutes away from the rental. It wasn't open when we were in Alaska. It opened days after we left to come home. Beautiful state and location. ...

'Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark.'

'It was a great, cozy little place, close to the airport and stores. The hosts were very helpful and had a plate of cookies waiting for us. Clean. Comfortable beds. Easy check out! Will definitely return to this spot!'

'This apartment is nicely located midway between the airport and downtown. It is spacious and worked well for two couples. We had a couple of easy meals in the kitchen / dining area. It was a quick drive to the old town area for dining out. I would stay here again. '
