Dit appartement ligt op de 2e verdieping (geen lift) en maakt deel uit van een 8plex. Op loopafstand (66 ft) van Old Town Plaza, waar u de "betovering" van de restaurants, cafés, winkels, kunst, straatverkopers, livemuziek en entertainment kunt ervaren. We zijn ook op loopafstand van talloze musea, waaronder het Albuquerque Museum of Art, het Explora Children's Museum, het Museum of Natural Science and History en het Rattlesnack Museum. In de omgeving is het Tiguex Park, het Aquarium, de Botanische Tuinen, Abq Zoo, Tingley Beach en de ambachten van Rio Grande.

-Lage flowtoiletten - spoel niets anders dan kleine hoeveelheden toiletpapier
-AC-eenheid - voer geen temperaturen lager dan 60-65 graden Fahrenheit uit. De compressor kan gemakkelijk bevriezen waardoor schade of HETE lucht wordt ingeblazen. Wanneer je vertrekt, breng de temperatuur dan terug naar 75.
- Slaapbank - niet het meest comfortabele bed. We hebben nog een laag schuim onder het beddengoed toegevoegd, maar houd er rekening mee dat dit niet het meest comfortabele bed is.
-Het complex wordt regelmatig behandeld met niet-toxisch ongediertebestendig. Toch bevindt deze woning zich in een historische wijk in de woestijn. Bugs maken deel uit van het leven hier in het zuidwesten. Hoewel we er alles aan doen om de controle over ongedierte te houden en de appartementen vlekkeloos te houden voor de gasten, kunnen we de natuur niet volledig beheersen en daarom ziet u af en toe een bug. Houd hier rekening mee en zorg ervoor dat je de mogelijkheid goed vindt voordat je boekt.

De buurt:
We houden van het historische gevoel en de charme die de oude binnenstad biedt. Het is altijd leuk om te vertragen en tijd door te brengen met een wandeling door het plein en de vele beschikbare winkels en restaurants. We voelen ons volkomen veilig om zowel overdag als 's nachts door de oude binnenstad te lopen, gewoon vasthouden aan de onmiddellijke blokken rond het plein en rond Rio Grande Blvd. Als je vanuit Central richting Downtown gaat, zijn er enkele geïsoleerde stukken, dus het wordt aanbevolen om gezond verstand te gebruiken zoals je in elke grote stad zou doen.

Prime location!
As former ABQ residents returning for our first visit in years, we knew we wanted a central location near Old Town. This spot can’t be beat! It’s charming, cozy and offers delightful New Mexico vibes we were looking for. And surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the action. Taryn is a SUPER host - very responsive, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a place with personality that’s right in the thick of things!

What a great place. Location is perfect for a stroll through Old Town with great shops and stores. Communication with owner prompt and professional. Apartment well stocked with everything needed, and the owner provided a comprehensive guide to the city and suggestions for attractions, restaurants, and things to do in the city. Excellent place that provided everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. We stayed at many VRBOs in the past, and this one is by far provided ample information for guests on how to make their stay the best. Well done!

Unbeatable location
We had a great stay here. Apartment was the perfect size for 3 people and very clean. You really can’t beat the location, all of the fun Old Town shops are right across the street and it was an easy walk to Albuquerque Zoo. Only critique would be the shower is on the smaller side and the wide shower head doesn’t really work for the size.

Convenient stay in Albuquerque
The property is in a convenient location very close to Old Town, which was great for our needs as we had a wedding to attend. The building was secure and felt safe. The rental was clean, was well stocked in the kitchen, and had what we needed for our stay. The two things I would mention, and they are meant to be helpful to the owner, are 1) the stools in the kitchen eating area are uncomfortable, they had to back rest - stools with a back rest would be much more comfortable for guests on vacation, and 2) the one and only shower had a very low flow shower head. Yes, it is too low for tall people but it actually took longer to shower because it took longer to rinse off. The shower head needs to have more force, or at least more water should be coming out in a concentrated area. Thank you for the noise machine. It was a nice touch.

The location was great, right in Old Town near all the shops and food. Everything was in walking distance if desired. I like that the complex is gated, a little extra feeling of security while in a new city and away from home.

Didn't feel safe in this area
My feet were gross after walking around in this unit the floor was not clean. The closet in the master bedroom was missing so we could not block the light and it has a sign to not turn off the unit making the light. We did not feel safe in this area, I was afraid my vehicle would be broken into while I slept. The host was not good with providing information up front, the code to the gate was provided 2 hours after check in time and info on early checkout was provided after we were leaving. The host ask about early arrival and early departure in the communication, but it felt like they were overly concerned. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning didn't see a need to let them know exactly when we were going since it was well within the times of the booking. This was part of 10 day trip and was our worst location and second most expensive.

April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again.

Lots of room- convenient location to old town.
A little on the plain side, which was ok for us- we weren’t in the place that much. However, the AC was weak( had to open the windows at night) and the shower is just tiny and short. Overall - OK.

15 minutes to EVERYTHING
The location was wonderful. It seemed like we were only 15 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Right across the street from Old Towne, close to many attractions. The host was very accommodating and shared information on things to do in Albuquerque. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, a sound machine in the bedroom. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The shower is very small so if you are tall you might have to duck. We enjoyed our stay!! Linda and Liz

Just Like Home!
Just finished my four day stay here. Such a cozy apartment and a prime location to all the sights. Taryn was a very responsive host who thought of everything, left detailed instructions, an informative binder and kept in close communication with me to answer my questions. Cute Condo
Sweet condo, much larger than I expected .. nicely decorated, incredibly clean. Had everything we needed. We could walk right across the street to restaurants and shopping. Parking right out front. The owners were quick to respond. Quiet condo even though it’s on a busier street. We heard no street noise at all and felt very very safe in the area. We stayed with granddaughters. Perfect for us. We will definitely come back again.

Great location and cute, clean place!
Great location with lots to do and see in Old Town. Neighborhood felt safe and there was so much within walking distance. Great communication by the host both before and during our stay. The rental was clean and stocked with the things we needed for our stay (good coffee too!). The beds were comfortable. The only flaw was the host only provides one bath towel per person. Sort of missed having a towel for my hair and one for my body. This rental was perfect for our family of 4. .
