'We had a wonderful stay with more than enough space and entertainment! Quick and easy to get into the Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood. The fall colors from the porch are beautiful! During our week stay we have black bears on the porch twice during the mornings - it was wonderful! We would love to stay in this house again and definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thank you for a wonderful first trip to the Smokies!'

'Perfect for our needs: small family home-base for a Christmas visit to the area. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Minor communication & maintenance issues. Cornhole boards were a nice touch. Excellent location.'

'Overall it was a great house with great amenities. We checked in late (after dark) due to wedding preparations and wedding near by. The following morning, we found some evidence of a potential party from the renters prior (some vomit and Jell-O shot cup in the yard and 1/2 case of Modelo on the back porch near the table), and didn’t contact manager, as it didn’t effect our group staying. There were Christmas decorations that helped us celebrate the season. The hosts were so friendly and incredibly responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay again!'
