'It is a very traditional Swiss hotel. Located very close to the lift (10 minutes) walk. Breakfast was very tasteful and the free car park located 2 minutes away. Very nice staff, clean rooms equipped with the kettle. '

'The staff at this family-run hotel was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us from a double to a family room with balcony (it probably was quiet enough, out of season). We could have breakfast earlier than normal to get glacier-skiing. The hotel was very tidy and clean, the breakfast offering was a bit basic.'

'Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!'

'I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...
