'We felt as if we were in Downton Abby. The guest rooms were ALL beautiful. The sitting room and library had nice cosy fire places with soft relaxing music in the background. 'The property was recently purchased and is undergoing some changes. This hotel has the basics, not a lot of bells and whistles. The staff was attentive and sweet. I needed a place to sleep and this was perfect. I would stay again. Can’t wait to see the improvements they have planned. '

'For an economy stay it was quite nice, clean, comfortable, etc. The bed covering was rather light so I got cold in the night, but that’s just because I didn’t want to turn on the heat in July'
