'Nice and clean. Served our purpose of somewhere to sleep while we visited New York for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. We were in the basement room so there was a little bit of noise above us but no more than would be expected. A little store across the street for snacks. Nice big tv to relax and watch while we were winding down to go to sleep. Overall a good experience '
