'There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. '

'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...

'Weloved our stsy. Once again...things get better with each visit! The staff is great...MOST comfortable bed, and live the revived libby. This time we were thrilled with the new breakfasts amd the cafe. Absolutely delucious! Cant wait to teturn in the Spring!'

' well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there...

'Overall our room was clean and well put together and easy to access with the code emailed to us before check in, the only two downsides were that the air unit rattled quite a bit which only mattered because I'm a light sleeper, and the TV is a cable TV instead of a smart TV so we could only pick from a handful of things to watch. Overall I recommend this place to stay as it's affordable and one minute drive away from gunstock mountain.'
