'It was our first time to Amelia Island. Kay has a beautiful home with lots of amenities. The view was terrific, pool great for swimming and the wide open beach great for the family.'

'This unit is perfectly situated on the Plantation. Beautiful view overlooking the Atlantic. The unit itself is fabulous for a month long vacation. We’ll equipped with plenty of room to invite friends for a visit. We actually have the same unit reserved for the months of October and November. Can’t wait to go back to the island.'

'We love visiting Amelia Island and especially enjoy our stays at Shipwatch. The rental and property grounds feel very safe. As soon as you walk into the condo, the breathtaking view of the ocean greets you. The condo was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. With our three kids, we had plenty of room for everyone. Dee takes excellent care of her guests, and quick to communicate.
