'Place was cozy for three of us but we knew that going in. Perfectly sized for our needs, sleep and quick meals. The location is fantastic, walked the dogs to the restaurants ~25 minutes away got them tuckered out. Otherwise the beach is less than a two minute walk from the property.'

'We enjoyed our stay and overall the place was in pristine condition. I have a couple of suggestions that will keep your goal of receiving a 5-star rating. The shower curtain and rod should be inspected and replaced when needed. The cleaner should check kitchen drawers and trash as it was left behind and caused an odor. Consider putting hand towels in the bathrooms . Great job decorating it gives it a very beach feel.'

'Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent and they explained King Tide to us before our arrival. They wanted to make sure we understood and were comfortable with king Tide prior to our booking which they did not have to do. The one frustration we had: The Washer/dryer was brand new and When we used it the machine didn’t work. Unsure if it was user error, not set up correctly, or it’s a lemon.
