The minibar fridge was empty, and dust was noticeable in the breakfast area. I enjoyed the spa's beautiful environment, but my therapist did not fully listen to my needs, so clear communication is essential to ensure a satisfying experience. Overall, the hotel’s food is delicious, and the staff are truly exceptional."
