'The bathrooms need a lot of updating. The room next to us had guests that smoked on the balcony and you could smell it in our room. We also found that none of the lamps or above bed lighting worked and had to put in a maintenance call. Overall it was fine, the rooms are spacious which is a plus but I wouldn’t pay peak season prices to stay here. '

'Nice older hotel. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. I was there for Oceans Calling so it wasn't too busy, but it was a good location, especially with the beach a short walk away. My only complaint would be the smoking on the balconies...I couldn't open my patio door without having cigarette smoke wafting into the room - also made it a bit unpleasant to sit out there (I can't stand cig smoke, being a former smoker).'

'We had a lovely balcony with morning sun overlooking a couple trees and another property. The worst thing probably was the complete lack of an elevator but as it was only 3 floors it was not THAT bad. They had a small pool in the center of the hotel, not inside, but surrounded by the staircases and halls. The beach was a short 1.5 block walk to the entrance over the dunes. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We were surprised that the room was cleaned, bed made, and towels swapped, a thing not...

'Perfect getaway in springtime! We chose the perfect time of year. I really want to return, however not comfortable with the crazy high price in summer. Too bad, would have been be a great place if more affordable in summer. 'We booked another night, before getting there and the reservations wasn’t booked properly. So they upgraded our room free of charge. From then on it was a wonderful stay.
