Welkom bij SURF'S UP, op een steenworp afstand van de suikerachtige witte zandstranden aan de gewilde noordkant van de Anna Maria. SURF'S UP is een huisje met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers dat volledig en liefdevol van boven naar beneden is gerenoveerd en prachtig is ingericht, zorgvuldig onderhouden en klaar voor Coastal Living Magazine !!

SURF'S UP is ruim met een open plattegrond, overal plafondventilatoren, een grote wasmachine / droger en een garage voor één auto. De grote gastronomische keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten toonbanken en verbeterde kasten heeft een ontbijtbar met zitplaatsen voor 4. Het eetgedeelte biedt ook plaats aan vier comfortabel en opent naar de warme en gezellige woonkamer met veel ruimte om te ontspannen. De woonkamer leidt naar de afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op het verwarmde cocktail zwembad en zeer prive tropisch aangelegde tuin. De tuin is volledig omheind met een gasgrill, buitenverlichting en een buitendouche.

De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met en-suite badkamer met een grote glazen bad / douche combinatie en marmeren toonbanken. De kamer heeft een kingsize bed dat kan worden omgezet in een tweeling als je dat liever hebt. De tweede badkamer is gunstig gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van de kamer, maar staat centraal in de rest van het huis en heeft een grote glazen inloopdouche.

Surf's Up heeft een strandbuggy, strandstoelen, handdoeken en een koeler, dus maak een korte wandeling naar de Golf, waar u kunt ontspannen, 11 km aan prachtige stranden van Anna Maria kunt wandelen en genieten van de spectaculaire zonsondergangen over de Golf. Maak na het strand een wandeling naar Pine Avenue om te winkelen of een van onze geweldige lokale restaurants te bezoeken of voor een meer informele dinerervaring, probeer de Rod N Reed-pier of de Anna Maria City Pier.

Great beach and location
First time in AMI with my son, my dog, and my cat and we enjoyed the house, the beach, and the location. The house was very clean and you have all the basics that you need and the owner was very cooperative and very quick to answer any questions that you might have. The only thing that I couldn’t figure out is to use is the TV. I knew only how to use the Netflix by using my own account but I couldn’t figure out on how to use the cable and I really wanted to watch the soccer games so I had to use my iPad while using the wifi. Other than that everything was perfect and AMI is definitely one of the top 10 beaches in America. Thank you:)

Great house, great location
This is a cute house in a great location. Easily within walking distance to the beach access. We appreciated that the home has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well prepared for us. The kitchen is well equipped and a nice large size for multiple adults to move around in. The back patio area is small, yet comfortable, to lounge in and enjoy the pool. We would definitely rent this home again!

The house was lovely. Enjoyed the privacy of the back yard. Small but perfect. Our 6 pound dog was safe and happy in the yard and house. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Maybe some new bed pillows would be nice, but not a big deal. Overall a great place.

What a wonderful place to stay. Exactly as advertised, wonderful beach feel. We walked to the beach and over to Pine Ave. virtually every day. We also ventured to Longboat Key, Sarasota and Bradenton for other adventures. If you need a place to unwind, relax and get away from the stresses of life and work back home, this is the place. The only possible minus was that the microwave heats up leftovers very, very slowly - about 1/3 the speed of ours at home, at that one is very old. Just a wonderful vacation and this place made it everything we hoped it would be.

So this house is situated in the premier area of Bean point! So it’s a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! Upon arrival, if your anything like me I enter the home and ensure it’s meets or exceeds what was advertised especially cleanliness! This home exceeded all that was advertised and may have been the cleanest home we have ever rented and we have rented approx 60 times! The home is perfect for a couple or small family and the backyard cocktail pool and beautiful landscaping takes it over the top! What I would suggest improvements on is a better coffee pot it works but not great a kuerig machine would be awesome! Not sure if the televisions are smart tv’s because we couldn’t figure out how to get Netflix or any other streaming app on it could have been our not knowing how. Otherwise this is the perfect home with everything you would require for a nice week Long Beach trip! Don’t hesitate to rent surfs up! Also be shore to go to the waterfront restaurant it also exceeds expectations!

The spacious house was perfect for our stay. Clean and perfectly decorated! Loved the large kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. Cool walk to the beach, it was a little further than we hoped. We Loved Bean Point, how it meets Tampa Bay. Just magical!! This is absolutely the most awesome beach we have visited!! We will return to the area!!

In-state Family Getaway
What a wonderful beach cottage. Everything was clean and updated as described. We loved the proximity to Bean’s Point. We did not get in the car once after we arrived. Easy walk to the beach (lovely beach cart helped) and short bike rides to evening dinners. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of towels for the 3 of us. This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and I cannot recommend this property more. The proximity to the best spot on the beach with all the amenities needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location and place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect house for our family of 4, very comfortable, clean and the perfect layout with our 2 boys 8 and under. We were able to keep an eye on them at the pool while getting things ready in the kitchen and sitting on the back screened in patio and back patio. The location is just a short walk to the beach down a side path and not too bad. The location is also close to Pine street and all the shops and restaurants there. We rent bikes every year and literally never drove our car the entire time there since everything was so easy to get to. We'll definitely be back.

Nice property in the quiet and peaceful north end
This was a lovely property for two and would also be ideal for a family of four with two young kids. Probably a bit of a squeeze for four adults, but do-able. House was well equipped, comfortable and all good. Beach equipment provided was pretty generous and in good condition (that’s not always been the case when we’ve rented on the island in previous years). Location suited us fine, very close to beach access just down from Bean Point - this is one of the nicest bits of beach on the island and a lot quieter than others. Sandbar, Jinny & Jane E’s, Harry’s Grill all walkable and places like the Ugly Grouper a short drive away. As long as you’re not looking for wild nightlife (in which case not sure why you’re in AMI in the first place) it’s the perfect spot.

While our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Ian & a mandatory evacuation, we absolutely loved our 2 nights in this adorable home! We have super high standards regarding home rentals. We don’t like clutter. We don’t want to feel like the home is furnished & staged with leftovers & cast off’s from other homes. We like comfortable seating when relaxing & watching tv. We want a kitchen that has all the necessary items to function in. And most important it needs to be CLEAN!! This home checked all of those boxes & more!! We were so impressed that even the garage/laundry area was pretty, organized & so well thought out. There was a nice starter of soap, TP, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap & laundry soap. Beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart were all so helpful. The pool is tiny but so perfect for cooling off & relaxing in. We walked to the beach both days & felt it wasn’t too far. The only item we could possibly change about this home was that the bed was very firm. We prefer a softer bed, but I realize that is subject to each persons desires. The communication with the manager of the home was excellent as well. We would love to return to this home again & would highly recommend it!!
