Great weekend
Great location, great property, great communication with owner. If you stay in Annapolis, you know how stressful it is finding street parking. The included parking spot in the secure garage (directly behind the rental) was a huge bonus for this property!

Cute, cozy, quaint house w/charm.*SPECTACULAR LOCATION* just steps from City Dock, Shopping & Dining
This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! Thanks John!!

Clean property, cute outdoor space. Worked perfect for visiting our plebe at USNA due to location right across from the yard and proximity to town. Didn't need to utilize our car once we arrived.

**Fantastic Stay! Perfect Location and Great Amenities**
We had an amazing stay at this home! The location was ideal—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Parking was incredibly convenient, a garage in back! The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the adorable back patio—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and cozy place to stay!

Cute cottage in a great location
While the cottage may have some of the historic/ older quirks, it is a wonderful (and beautiful ) property that we would highly recommend! We loved the walk-ability to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Despite its close location, it’s quiet at night lending to a good nights sleep 😊. The owner provided us some great insight on the location as well.

Great location for visiting USNA
We had a great stay at 10 Randall!! It was the perfect location for us to bring our Mid's grandparents to experience USNA and downtown Annapolis! Each morning it was great for whoever wanted to walk to town grab a coffee and head to the marine to watch the boats! The location is perfect, the ammenities are great and John was responsive with any questions or concerns! Thank you for a great stay in Annapolis!

Weekend visit to see our midshipman. The location is directly across the street from gate 1. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very clear on the dimensions on the garage. Our minivan fit in the garage but just barely. Will be staying there again!

Perfect location!
We had a wedding at USNA and this house was perfect! Steps away from gate 1 and all of the bars and restaurants DTA has to offer. The house was spacious enough for four adults and two kids. It was a hot weekend and it was so nice to be close to everything. We enjoyed having a parking spot as well. The host was helpful and communicative. We would stay here again!

Perfect location - Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis
Extremely clean and well maintained. Directly across Gate 1 of the Naval Academy. Grads and families - you can't get any closer without staying in Bancroft Hall. Easy walk to downtown. Plenty of room for family of 5 with three teenagers - everything you need is there including a parking space. Host is excellent communicator. You can stop searching - this is your place. Highly recommend.

Perfect location
Can’t say enough about how perfect the location is. For a historic home, everything works perfectly. It was a hot, humid June weekend but air conditioning worked beautifully and it was an oasis of comfort when we returned from being out. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Furniture (including beds) comfortable and functional. The garage was so convenient and our Honda CRV fit easily. We would definately stay again. One “watch out”. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, you probably don’t want to choose this property. Stairs to second floor are narrow and it would be very difficult to help someone up and down. Wasn’t an issue for us

Best location
This house is perfect for stayiing in the historic distict of Annapolis. Very comfortable and clean. One and one half baths, a private patio, and the best part is the off street parking with a private garage; very hard to find in this beautiful area. John, the manager was so helpful and answered all my questions. If ever in Annapolis again, we will definately stay here.

Nice and cozy home
We stayed at this property for a week. It was nice and clean and close to the US Naval Academy! The home had everything you could need for a stay away from home. The host provided practically everything you could need as well! The host was very communicative and responded quickly as needed. We really appreciated our stay here. Thank you so much!
