'Superb location. Very nice rooms with ample space and great decor. Friendly and responsive staff. There were a couple items that kept it from 5 star. The hotel hosts many outside events in their ballroom during the day and the only access is through the main lobby. Attendees walk through the small lobby area and right by all the guest sitting areas. Lots of commotion and disruption. A knowledgeable concierge to assist guests would be a help. They only have one king room with a handicap...

'Stayed for one night here at the Crowne and had a great stay. The room was nice with comfy beds. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and had its own bar restaurant as well. Food was decent. Downtown Annapolis is only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again when in Annapolis. '

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'
