'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money...

'Attention à la dérive au niveau du restaurant indépendammentde l'hébergement. qui, tendance à laisser la cliente Indienne s’accaparer les lieux. Sans doute rapport au patron originaire Indienne qui aurait laissé la gerance à son compatriote délaissant les autres clientèles. Heureusement que la partie hébergement de par leurs professionnalismes arrivent à vous faire oublier ce désagrément. Ou alors nous étions là au mauvais moment, dommage, pour nous. À suivre'

'Ett hotell bra beläget men fin utsikt över staden. Vi bokade sviten men tyvärr såg den inte ut som på bild. Balkongen som på bild hade loungemöbler hade endast ett bord med två plaststolar vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde använda det som önskat. Vi hade ändå bokat sviten då det var vår smekmånad så detta var tråkigt, bör vi poängterade detta vid utcheckning och ville ha kompensation så de att de inte kunde göra något åt det och att vi skulle sagt till tidigare. Är tveksam om det hade gjort något...

'Le wifi a fonctionné correctement (c'est important pour moi). Cet hôtel dans un style colonial typique est très agréable et bien entretenu. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les plats du restaurant sont délicieux. Très bonne adresse !'

'I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…'

'The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!'

'This hotel located in a very good location. Good hot water, A/C, needs more English channels. The breakfast is very good, more choices, staff always there to help you. Always we got good thick new towels. Front desk lady arranged a vehicle for us to go to Morndava and Kindley forest for reasonable price. Our driver Freddi took care of us finding hotels and driving safely. We had another driver also for the Lemur Park. We had upgrade and gifts. Second time or room carpet needs shampooing....

'This hotel canceled my 3 rooms at last minute - they said their partner hotel would accommodate us-well at 2:00 am at airport while desperate for their driver, we got them on phone - they had no idea what hotel or rooms- no idea. We were stranded, 4 elders ladies left. We were helped by taxi drivers, who tried to find us another hotel last minute. This scam, assigning and confining rooms but wait now we get higher rent So you get nothing. I have emails proving they canceled n left us high n dry....
