'We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us.'

'We stayed with 5 couples total and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The backyard was smaller than it looks but the pool and hot tub were very clean. Easy to take a Waymo or uber to old town. '

Nice quiet complex with a great pool area.The only negative for us was the cleanliness of the unit.Floors were dirty and it appeared not much had been dusted. With a little TLC and maybe a few updates on decor this place would be a gem!'

Great garage space upon entry for both of our cars and a spacious home that was impeccably clean and had all the essentials we didn't have. Grocery shopping at near-by store for coffee and our meals. 'I spent most of my week here in the pool, hot tub, and the patio. This is a cozy, clean, condo with easy access to shopping nearby. The kitchen was stocked with (almost*) everything we have at home for cooking meals. Plenty of towels for showers,including pool towels. We were greeted with a basket of treats on the table - a nice surprise. We would definitely reserve this place again. *(Next time we will bring a bullet-sized blender for making smoothies in the morning)'

'Last minute choice as our other reservations were canceled. That being said the property worked out OK. Near Old Town and the east 101 highway for quick access to many areas. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Great communication by host and any issues were addressed quickly. Hot tub was hot, pool may not (be). The Hoa controls when the pool heat is turned on, so you need to check with host before booking to know. Something like 7 days of above 70 degrees outside temps to begin...
