'La casa es muy amplia y bonita con una gran piscina, también tiene una amplia zona para hacer barbacoas. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos han venido a atendernos cada vez que los hemos necesitado. Cala Santandria está a pocos metros con lo que se puede llegar en 3 minutos andando. El único inconveniente es la cueva en la que está ubicada ya que no hay mucha visibilidad a la hora de cruzar y es un poco peligroso, por lo demás todo genial.'

'This property surpassed all expectations. Beautiful pool ,private,clean, beds were great, updated bathrooms, airconditioning, kitchen with everything you could need.The location is so central to everything and so safe.Not to mention the patio and beautiful garden. The host,Beatriz communicated from the minute we booked,gave reccomendarions, every message was returned in a few minutes.We are so sad to leave.It was a truly fabulous experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.'

'Beautiful Villa situated in an amazing place. ONLY downside for us is that we have quadriplegic 7 year old little girl and there are 42 steps to the property. They are not all in one go, there are twists and turns but she has to be carried. The view alone discounts that issue. The service received from the pool cleaners to the Villa cleaners was second to none, they were all brilliant. Highly recommend'

'Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 6 und 10 Jahren) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Xalina wahnsinnig genossen. Der Check-in verlief sehr einfach über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Villa ist sehr gross und mit allem eingerichtet, dass es für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es hatte genügen Duschtücher und sogar Badetücher für den Pool, so dass wir nicht die Strandtücher gebrauchen mussten. 'Très belle maison avec du potentiel très bien placée mais pas d’entretien : odeur de renfermé, piscine très sale à l’arrivée, 2 climatisations sur 4 qui ne marchent pas, pas d’eau dans la maison chaque soir de 21h30 à 24h pendant l’arrosage automatique extérieur, chasse d’eau qui fuit( réparée par la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine une fois dans le séjour), très difficile de trouver la maison à l’arrivée car le numéro de l’adresse est faux ( 65 au lieu de 12). 'Nous avons été très satisfait de cette location que nous recommandons vivement. Très belle vue sur la plage de Son Bou. Situation géographique idéale pour rayonner dans l'île. Climatisation douce. Piscine partagée avec 2 autres appartements mais peu fréquentée.'

'Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist nur ca 150m vom Strand entfernt, kleine Supermärkte sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Strand gibt es 3 Restaurants und ein eine nette Bar wo man Abends Cocktails trinken kann, mit Blick aufs Meer.'

'Lovely Villa with lots of space. Top floor double bedroom and balcony has great views. Lots of garden space and pool size. Table tennis was fun. Also has a selection of books for use. Great location with beach, restaurants and mini market within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend.'

'Hoewel het hoogseizoen op het eiland voorbij is, troffen we het met het weer en hebben we ook in oktober nog aan het strand gelegen en in de zee gezwommen. De ligging van de accommodatie is echt schitterend. De kamer is ruim en bevat een ingerichte keuken! Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zonder eigen vervoer is er met de bus goed over het eiland te reizen. Stel jezelf echter vooraf, bv via de receptie, goed op de hoogte welke haltes/faciliteiten/restaurants/winkels er nog geopend...

'Great, fairly small property. Really close to amazing beach. Nice several pools, bar with snacks. Breakfast and dinner buffet fantastic and very nice staff. Room with 2 bedrooms simple but convenient enough. It was quiet and laid back.'

'On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge….'

"Let me start with the positive: the location is very good. The beach is one of the best in Spain and the water is crystal clear. Good for small children as there are hardly waves. The hotel is right at the beach. Just a nice walk down. The negative: we didn’t like the food so much. The rooms are small and our view was the garbage place of the hotel. What we disliked the most though were the people who come to this hotel. Mostly British families, extremely loud, drinking alcohol from the morning to the evening, smoking all the time. Think tattoos, football jerseys, bad manners. So if you want to have a bit of peace and quiet and are used to 4 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place. "

"Hôtel dans le centre très pratique à proximité du port des magasins restaurants et terrasses Accueil très sympathique Tout était parfait l’hôtel est à 10min de l’aéroport Le petit déjeuner était très bon il y a même une machine qui fait du jus d’orange frais avec des oranges pressées Un chef cuistot qui s’occupe des omelettes œufs au plat etc .. je n’ai pas testé le spa L’hôtel est très cosy "

"Génial l’hôtel propose des soins spa et massages au top Il y a un bar pour la piscine et un autre près de la réception pour le reste de la soirée (quand le bar piscine est fermé) il n’y a pas de parking pour l’hôtel il faut trouver une place autour pour se garer Le personnel est vraiment super gentil et aux petits soins Super hôtel Proche de la plage (super jolie)"
