Natuurliefhebbers en avonturiers, zoek niet verder. Geen grapje. Zelfs als u besluit niet bij ons te blijven, bent u van harte welkom om ons te bezoeken terwijl u in de buurt bent. Je zult zien wat we bedoelen.

Bovendien helpt u ons om ons grote onroerend goed in stand te houden, zodat ook toekomstige generaties ervan kunnen genieten. Onze opbrengst wordt gebruikt om ons eigendom in zijn natuurlijke schoonheid te houden en te beschermen.

Ons eigendom is gastheer voor bedreigde diersoorten en meer dan 100 soorten orchideeën alleen. Onze missie is om deze natuurlijke schoonheid te behouden voor het plezier van toekomstige generaties.

Als een stimulans bieden wij u een gratis avontuurlijke tour voor 2 personen (zip-line, paardrijden, vogels kijken of nachttour). Extra personen ontvangen een sterk gereduceerd tarief.

We zijn ook gespecialiseerd in het bieden van een optionele eetervaring voor diegenen die graag een traditionele Costa Ricaanse maaltijd bereid en genoten hebben van Al Fresco in ons prachtige nieuwe paviljoen.

Gated en veel ruimte om te zwerven. Zorgvuldig onderhouden 66 hectare retraite met bloemen en dieren in het wild te talrijk om op te noemen. Meer dan 3 mijl van de particuliere wandelpaden, velen leidt tot een fantastisch uitzicht op de omliggende bergen, de vulkaan en het meer.

Het hoofdgebouw is een compacte 2.500 vierkante voet open plattegrond ontwerp met 5 slaapkamers (1 queen, 1 en 6 twin) en 2 badkamers en 10 personen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Volledige keuken binnen met lokale handgemaakte kasten en een lokale Hand Made eten in de eettafel die plaats biedt aan maximaal 10. De veranda aan de achterkant van het huis is enorm, met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en heeft een werkende houtkachel die zo kunnen dienen een buitenkeuken. Alle linnengoed, handdoeken en keukengerei ter plaatse. Zorg ervoor dat u kijk op onze Video van het huis en meubels.

We hebben een 1 acre privé natuurlijke zwemvijver met platforms en zwemmen ladders voor gebruiksgemak. Zorg ervoor dat u kijken op onze foto's.

We hebben veel banaan, ananas, sinaasappel, mandarijn, grapefruit, citroen, limoen, breadfruit bomen en nog veel meer. U bent van harte welkom om te genieten van alles wat de accommodatie te bieden heeft.

We hebben een ervaren property manager (Engels gesproken) en twee tuinmannen dat het pand te houden zorgvuldig onderhouden. Bij aankomst, aarzel dan niet om te vragen wat vers fruit is beschikbaar, zodat onze tuinders sommige kunnen leveren aan uw deur of pak het voor jezelf.

Wij kunnen u helpen bij het plannen en reserveren van vele exotische off-property-avonturen, zoals varen, fietsen, wildwatervaren, warmwaterbronnen, grotten verkennen, kajakken, kanoën en meer ... Kosten voor elke tour is anders en informatie is na de bevestiging van de reservering ter beschikking gesteld.

Wij zijn slechts 2. 5km (1. 5 mijl) buiten de stad Nuevo Arenal. Dicht bij winkels, tours en eetgelegenheden. Onze locatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor diegenen die alles wat Costa Rica te bieden heeft willen verkennen of gewoon ontspannen en genieten van activiteiten op ons terrein en de vele soorten flora, fauna en dieren in het wild.

Birds, birds and more birds!!
CRParaiso is a gem for nature lovers. The property contains several trails, ponds, groves, while offering a mature forest and open areas. It is full of birds and lends itself to their observation by the most passionate enthusiasts. The main house offers all the comfort and respite desired. Bret is easily reachable and always willing to answer questions and provide sound advice. Not to be missed if you go to the very beautiful region of Nuevo Arenal.

Amazing grounds
A very comfortable villa situated in a beautiful rain forest. Bret the owner is very reachable and helpful. We recently stayed there for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being a rainforest it tends to have its fair share of rain but the payback is everywhere is green and fresh with lots of flowers and colour The only downside was the road in, it really is in need of a grader. We didn't have a 4 wheel drive and it really is a must if the road isn't improved. Otherwise an amazing stay

My family with grown children stayed on this very private property for three nights as part of our longer Costa Rican vacation. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy most of our stay so we chose to go offsite for activities. There was plenty of room for all of us and we did go on a few walks but the 3 miles of hiking trails were not clearly marked and we could not find them on the map. There were few towels for 3 days and the beds were not comfortable. We would suggest an out door light for safety. We returned to the house every evening in pitch dark. It was concerning to all of us that two dogs were tied up during our stay and barked frequently over night.

Pura Vida!
This was the highlight of our trip! Amazing host and absolutely incredible propriety. Plenty of space for everyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed the property with all its spectacular views, birds, flowers, and animals. We walked everyday, plus we took advantage of many of the guided activities: zip lining, night hike, horseback riding, bird watching. The house was completely private, with a large back porch for relaxing and enjoying meals together. We would have loved to have stayed much longer!

Nous avions littéralement la propriété pour nous seuls. Grande maison et grandes espaces avec terrasse couverte à l’arrière et la nature comme décor. Réveille-matin par les singes hurleurs ou les toucans, des fois les 2 en même temps. Les lits bien confortables et deux salles de bain bien pratiques pour accommoder parents et ados. Le propriétaire est super gentil de même que ses employés qui prennent soin du domaine et des chevaux. Car le domaine offre plusieurs activités notamment de l’équitation et des tyroliennes. En aucun temps, nous avons eu l’impression d’être envahis par des étrangers car le coin de la maison est à l’écart de tout cela. À 15 minutes du village où se ravitailler en nourriture ou pour sortir casser la croûte. Entre autres, la boulangerie allemande qui vaut un ou plusieurs arrêts pour du pain frais et des gateries sucrées. Lorsque nous sommes partis après 2 semaines, nous avions un pincement au cœur, ce qui pour nous signifie qu’on y était comme chez-nous.

We stayed at CRParaiso over Christmas. It is perfectly remote! We wandered the grounds, splashed in the pond, and zip lined. It is a quick trip into town where the food was wonderful. Waking up in the clouds every morning was a joy!

We enjoyed our stay! We loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle and enjoyed tea on the covered back porch. It was nice to be in nature and yet shielded from the rain. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the property. We did have a power outage one evening that last 2 hours and flashlight would have been helpful. It is a little more rustic than expected. Better quality towels and more towels would be nice. It is 45 minutes to La Fortuna and we didn't anticipate how much time we would spend there. But we enjoyed our stay! And would recommend it! We saw toucans, parakeets and lots of hummingbirds in the well cultivated gardens.

Unique stay off the beaten path.
We had three nights here and really enjoyed each day. There are plenty of things to see from the back porch one in our group saw a monkey. Toucans, bull frogs,, lots of hummingbirds, lizards, etc. We all said this is where we would go back to stay for a relaxing time.

Great property close to town, yet nestled in it's own world
Such a fun place to stay! While sitting on porch, horses would wander by, monkeys in the trees, parrots chase eachother, friendly dogs come to visit. Wander the property and find fresh fruit, paths and ponds. The nighttime sky is fantastic. No air-conditioning, but the jungle cools down well at night. Would be perfect if there were screens on the upstairs veranda doors to keep the breeze in at night. The seperate area for kids to hang out was a lot of fun too! Wide Open Spaces
Coming from a very small apartment in New York City we wanted indoor and outdoor space, great views, birds, room to roam. We got all that. Great experience for us. We didn’t rent a car but we recommend it highly. It is fairly isolated. Everything you need for cooking but pick up essentials like seasonings, oil, basic spices if you plan to cook. Hard to keep those things useful in a very tropical setting.

Nature Immersion
The preserve is amazing. Imagine rolling out of bed and strolling through a beautiful botanical garden, but be aware of the variety of wildlife as some are poisonous. Fortunately, we never encountered any dangerous critters, but saw a variety of birds, frogs/toads, lizards and bugs. So many fewer of the latter than expected! We did the zip lines, night tour and bird watching tour. Brett and his staff were amazing! The house is as pictured, very comfortable although not fancy or luxurious. The food in town is wonderful! We ate breakfast at Las Delicias almost everyday and dinner at Moya's and Tinajas Arenal. We stayed a week and had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Get-A-Way
Spent three nights on this wonderful property with my wife and four children. Very quiet and peaceful but plenty to do on site. Bret was great helping us with directions, excursions to the volcano, etc.... also be sure to check out the delicious restaurants in Nuevo Arenal (especially Moyas!). If we had to do it over again, we'd spend even more time just on property. Horse back riding, great zip lining, lots of trails... and totally private. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty room for everyone with three different sitting room areas and a very large outside covered area. One thing we really loved was that we could walk around on our own on their wildlife paths. The gardeners were really fun and showed us the best paths to use. Awesome property
The property around the home is beautiful! Lots of flowers and trees, lots to explore. We loved playing in the natural pool (pond) and ziplining on the property. The guides were really friendly and fun! The kitchen is well stocked and the home is roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of bugs (inside and out) which is the main reason for the 4-star cleanliness rating. This home has a mountain cabin vibe so bugs and wildlife are to be expected. (We loved watching the fireflies at night!) There are two resident cats on the property that mostly hang out on the back porch. Some people in our group have cat allergies but the cats didn't come inside so this wasn't an issue. The highlight was on our last evening when a group (flock?) of toucans hung out in the trees near the house. Very cool! The drive to La Fortuna from here is close to an hour but is a pretty easy drive. We went twice while we were here to do some of the hikes and activities available there. Definitely eat at Los Platillos Voladores in Nuevo Arenal. It isn't much to look at from the outside and has the oddest alien decor/vibe, but the Italian food is fantastic and the sweet Italian woman who owns it/runs it is the best! Skip the German bakery. Really. Over all we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for travelers who have a rental car and want to stay somewhere a bit off the beaten track!

Great house for groups but take into consideration that Nuevo Arenal is about an hour from La Fortuna. Also, the natural swimming Pool has plants growing in it that the pictures do not show.

This property was amazing and met all of our expectations for what my group wanted to accomplish in the area. Loved the trails and the birding was excellent. House was clean and just as described. We kind of wish we would have stayed at this property for the whole trip, but the Ocean was calling. Thank you so much.

Amazing
This was our second time staying on this property! The views and wildlife is amazing! We love going ziplining right there at the house and riding the horses! The owner is amazing!
