'It is a brand-new hotel with very friendly staff. It is close to everything, near a lively square (La Merced, with lots of terraces). You walk right into the old city with many stores, restaurants, and tapas bars. Also, the museums are close by. If you want to open a window at night, you don't want a room on the street side as people outside make a lot of noise until very late. The breakfast is nice, and it has a small pool on the roof. We would go there again.'

'I had a pleasant stay with my 16 year old son in this hotel. We had breakfast and diner included. Breakfast was okay, could have done with a bit of extra choice. The bread and croissants were a bit dry. Diner was a bit of a letdown. The starters were fine and nicely plated. The main courses were a bit tasteless and there was little attention on how to plate the courses, it looked cheap and tasted mediocre.
