"All hotels so far have been great, but Park Hyatt Mendoza really stands out! Over the years I have been spoiled when it comes to hotels. The hotels I have come across in Thailand in particular are truly sublime. It is not just about the hotel itself, but the service that comes with it. Everything is arranged and done for you. Pure indulgence. I never have breakfast at home, but sometimes I do on vacation. And then it is nice to have something to choose from. The Park Hyatt Mendoza has a rich history that goes back to the beginning of the 20th century. You can see and feel that when you enter. The hotel is located in a historic building that was originally built in 1902 as a casino, the Palacio Sol. Over the years, the building was renovated and remodeled, and in 2001 it reopened as the Park Hyatt Mendoza. It still combines the charm and grandeur of the original architectural design with modern amenities and comfort. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers stunning views of the Andes. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome: your suitcases are taken from the taxi and neatly brought to your room. The rooms are spacious, the beds sleep wonderfully and the bathroom is truly exquisite. The breakfast is extensive, especially by Argentine standards. I was finally able to order an omelette, poched benedict or fried egg! The staff are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need! "

"In- en uitchecken zeer onpersoonlijk. Het is nog net niet: hier is je sleutel en nou wegwezen. Ik had een junior suite maar meer dan een extra kale grote gang sloeg dat nergens op. Bed was prima, kussens waren te dik/hoog, andere hadden ze niet. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed, doch weer onpersoonlijk. En in de kelder. Het is absoluut geen 5 sterrenhotel, ze hebben wat boxen afgetikt om dat te zijn maar het is eerder 4. Op de kamer veel herrie van generatoren, geen idee waarvan. Locatie achter Playa Mayor is prima. Wifi is in orde. Persoonlijk zou ik er niet nogmaals heengaan."

"The hotel is located near Plaza de la República and various transportation options and is close to several shopping streets and theatres. Unfortunately the AC system in the hotel didn't work so we had to use a fan to keep cool in our room."

Geen adapters beschikbaar voor het stopcontact. Verder, hoewel het personeel van het restaurant is heel erg vriendelijk, die van de receptie niet. "

"Everything OK but the rooms can be noisy. Even with the extra sliding door closed in the room, the sounds from the lobby can be quite intense with a lot of people that echo all the way into the room. Hence 4 stars instead of 5."
