Great views, value for money
"Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS.
The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no shower curtain, only a small piece of glass.The result was water all over the floor. The breakfast buffet is very good. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening. There is a bar, but you have to ask at the reception for staff to come up there. We used the laundry service, which is relatively cheap, but our clothes came back smelling as if they had been left to dry in the kitchen. We made use of the massage service, again very good value for money.
Overall, we had some communication issues but we enjoyed our stay and in the end that is what counts"
