'Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi.'

'This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. 'This property below the Clock Tower was an amazing place to stay. Communication with the owner was stellar with prompt and very clear directions. We were toured throughout the house and then personally guided to the beach- which was fantastic because I don’t know if we would have found it otherwise through all the winding paths! 'The apartment is very spacious for our family (two adults, two children). Nice bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable airco, and beautiful view on the sea from multiple terraces. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off and have fun with the kids. There are plenty nice beaches around, even within 5 minutes walking distance. Kosta as place is not very interesting, but it is only a 10 minutes drive to Porto Cheli with AB supermarket, bakeries and nice restaurants. John is a very kind host,...

'Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. I would suggest beach towels. But overall very nice location.'

'We loved the location of the apartment (but be aware there are steps to climb; however, this is one of reasons for the beautiful view!). The apartment is charming and well-appointed with a nice kitchen that covered all our needs. The owner was polite and responsive to our texts from the moment we made the booking until the end of our stay. Everything to see and experience in Nafplio is a short walk from this sweet spot. 'This is a very practical villa for family groups as it is made up of 2 apartments - downstairs 2 bedrooms and upstairs 3 bedrooms. It’s clean, modern and well equipped with a beautiful pool. We were there in summer so aircon in all rooms greatly appreciated!'

Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt (Kiesstrand) und es gibt in der Gegend viele schöne kleinere und größere Strände. In Porto Heli kann man gut einkaufen. "We hebben geweldig genoten van ons verblijf. We kregen gratis een upgrade naar de bovenste kamer met een groot terras en fantastisch uitzicht over de baai. He ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Ook het bed sliep heerlijk en dat dan de badkamer klein is , doet er niet toe. Je weet dat je in een historisch pand in de oude stad verblijft. Het waren voor ons 3 superdagen. Oh ja voor de dame aan de receptie , we hebben de poes 'Bingus' gevonden en ze was evht heel lief"
