Villa's in Arkadia

'This is such a beautiful house - I would say the pictures don’t do it justice! Every bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking anything you need to - and it’s a pleasure to cook with all the incredible local produce available. There are some perfect little tavernas close by, and a few times we swam after lunches from beaches that were empty at the end of May. The hot tub and pool are wonderful and the sunset views from the terrace are stunning. Really recommend this...

'We truly enjoyed our one week stay at villa Anna at the end of July. The villa and its facilities are exactly as described and fulfilled all our needs for a relaxed week of vacation. Some of the highlights of our stay: amazing views, quiet but easy to access location, fantastic pool and outdoor areas, spacious accommodation for a large family, overall well equipped and well maintained, and a great host.'

'Huis heel schoon, zeer goed voorzien van alle mogelijke apparaten in keuken en elders.'

'Wonderful!'

'Lovely house with a beautiful view from the balcony. Our kids especially loved the great pool which was warm enough to enjoy also in the evening and on the (few) rainy days. Nancy is a wonderful host.'

'We reizen nu al veertig jaar door Griekenland en hebben ook al elders (Italië, Spanje, Frankrijk) vakantiewoningen gehuurd, maar Villa Livadia in Kantia is met stip de beste waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Hellas op zijn best. Enig minpuntje was de nogal zwakke wifi verbinding die ook één dag is uitgevallen. A minor problem, so to speak. Wie van antieke én modern Griekenland houdt, zal in Villa Livadia zeker een gedroomde locatie vinden. August Thiry'

'Big and clean holiday house with great swimming area. Even the possibility to sleep outside under the stars. located in an authentic Greek region with many small restaurants where local producs are served with live Greek music. Small picturesque beaches with lounge options. We will definitely return.'

'We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in the Kosta area near Porto Heli! The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for our whole family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both quiet moments and time together. The pool was a huge highlight clean, well-maintained, and ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun. The outdoor spaces were equally inviting, with gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings that made it...

'Lovely little 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with all the amenities. Great manager. Great pool!'

'SCAM ALERT: I'd avoid booking. So many issues with this property. We initially booked 4 nights, then asked the owner to change to 3 which they did saying that they couldn't change the overall price, but would give cash back on arrival. When we arrived, they said they 'didn't agree to this' and refused. It took us months to get the money back - and not from the owner but from VRBO after we started leaving negative reviews on social. In retrospect, the owner would have realised that they wouldn't...
